}Generate a statement
Generates an account statement as a PDF or CSV and returns it inline as a data URI: read format to know which. Choose the period with chosenMonth, year, or startDate + endDate; if more than one is sent, chosenMonth wins, then the date range, then year. Fee charges are merged into the statement automatically.
The two formats encode differently: the PDF is data:application/pdf;filename=generated.pdf;base64,… (base64); the CSV is data:text/csv;charset=utf-8,… (URL-encoded, not base64, starting with a UTF-8 byte-order mark).
Large statements are refused rather than timed out: more than 30,000 rows (CSV) or 5,000 rows (PDF) is a 422 STATEMENT_TOO_LARGE. Narrow the period. A period with no transactions is a 404 STATEMENT_NO_TRANSACTIONS, not an empty statement.
To download in a browser, set the data URI as a link’s href with a download name; the browser handles both encodings. Server-side, take everything after the first comma and base64-decode it for PDF or percent-decode it for CSV.

Query Parameters
Required. Output format.
pdf, csv Full-year statement. Use this, chosenMonth, or startDate+endDate: exactly one.
2020 <= x <= 21002026
Single-month statement (YYYY-MM; a one-digit month is accepted). Takes precedence over the other period parameters.
"2026-05"
Custom range start (YYYY-MM-DD). Requires endDate.
Custom range end (inclusive). Requires startDate.
