}Get one limit review
Where the review stands and everything the customer has sent. Never compliance’s internal reason or who decided - only the message they chose to send the customer. accountId is the customer’s account the review is about. payer and payee say who paid whom: names, with the IBAN or account number masked to the last four characters; reference is the payment’s reference. kind says what is under review; for a DIRECT_DEBIT, cutoffAt is when the collection is refused unless compliance has approved it, so the customer must explain before then (null for every other kind). Each submission’s downloads holds a short-lived link (up to 15 minutes, see expiresAt) for every attached file that can be opened; read the review again for fresh ones. Back office can read it too, with ?programId= naming a program its token’s programs claim allows, the customer read within that program only; a custodian (guardian-bound) role only for a customer whose application is bound to it. Anything outside that is the 404, never a 403.
