}List the customer's open limit reviews
The customer’s open reviews - HELD, AWAITING_CUSTOMER, SUBMITTED or CUSTOMER_DECLINED - newest first, among their newest 1,000 reviews, each as the single-review route shows it but without downloads (signed links are only on the single-review route). Closed reviews are not listed; read one by id for its outcome. Call it when the app opens or its socket reconnects: the push asking the customer to explain is only delivered to an open connection. An empty list means nothing is waiting. Back office can read it too, with ?programId= naming a program its token’s programs claim allows, the customer read within that program only; a custodian (guardian-bound) role only for a customer whose application is bound to it. Anything outside that is the 404, never a 403. A back-office caller sees every open review of the customer; a delegate only those on accounts it was granted.
