Programs publish a fee schedule and a set of reference limits per region and account type. These endpoints return them as display-ready strings, so a pricing page or a “your limits” screen can render what comes back without any formatting logic. The region comes from the customer’s residence. A customer who lives outside the region their program serves is priced as the program itself is, so someone who moves abroad keeps getting an answer.

What you can do

Get customer fees returns the fee schedule grouped by category (card costs, ATM costs, account fees, and so on) for the customer’s region, account type, and tier. Fees with usage bands come back one row per band. Only available on programs using standard fee tables. Get customer limits returns the published limits: inbound, payment, card, ATM, and balance. These are the program’s reference values, not the per-account limits a customer can change themselves (for those, see accounts). Programs add metrics over time, so render what you receive rather than expecting a fixed list. Get a fee document renders one of two PDFs for an account: the fee information sheet (the published prices, with the customer’s details on it) or the statement of fees for a year (everything the account was charged, itemised). Both come back in the response for the customer to download.
